baby bump...

So I've been in denial for a few weeks over the baby bump...but it is here!! I've been avoiding pictures of it. I don't know why...so for all of those who haven't seen me in a while or haven't seen me since I was pregnant here you go!!!!!

So there you have it!! The side and front view!! I'm a little embarrassed to have these pictures up. When these pictures were taken - yesterday - I was technically 17 weeks and 2 days! Oh and incase you couldn't tell...I was taking these pictures myself (Mike was at a basketball game) and yes I was talking on the phone with my niece!!!

I'm not sure if I have mentioned this but Mike and I are NOT finding out what we are having. This seems to infuriate a few people! But they need to get over it! We are just wishing for a nice healthy baby! I've noticed that people like to offer up advice to you constantly and let you know what they think you are having! The general consensus is boy. A few weeks back when I was at my friend Nicole's house she did the needle test. It said BOY! I also had my very first baby dream last Thursday night. It was a little on the weird side...basically I dreamt that I was having a boy! So I guess we'll have to wait 157 more days to find out for sure what we are having!

I have been wondering lately how Midge feels about the whole "we're having a baby" thing. In the beginning when I first found out I was pregnant she started acting all weird and started going to the bathroom in the house again! Then she wouldn't leave my side. She seems to be getting a tad better but I think she knows something is different. So I wonder how she will act when the baby is born. Will she be jealous or will she be super protective?? I guess, once again, we'll have to wait till the baby is born!

My little mini holiday vacay ends today...very sad about that and then it's back to the daily grind! But this week will be another short week because of New Years! I have my next doctor's appointment on Friday and I will have another update then!! Have a great week!

Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas (a day late)! This is my very first "real" blog. I wanted to be able to give people updates that they can check when they want to! As most of you all know, or at least I hope you all know - I'm pregnant. I am due June 4, 2009. 2009 is going to be a very exciting year!

Here are some photos from the baby's first photo shoot!!

These pictures were taken in Novemeber 10, 2008 and I was 10 weeks pregnant. I should be going for another ultrasound soon. My next doctor's appointment is next Friday January 2! Maybe they will schedule my ultrasound!

Yesterday was the start of week 17! If you could go inside and see baby Moulton...here's what you'd see:

Weird huh?! I don't feel pregnant, I can't feel any movements, I have no morning sickness...it's bizzare! Now don't get me wrong...I'm not complaining!! I'm sure though that as soon as I can feel the baby it will be more exciting! What I do notice is that I am much more sensitive!

Yesterday was a tough day for me...my brother is home before he is being deployed off to Afganistan and he had gotten a small pox vacination a few weeks ago and I wasn't allowed to have much contact with him. Which really upset me because I won't see him again till he gets home from his tour! So my Christmas was bitter sweet...I was glad to see my brother but I'm also very nervous, sad, worried about him leaving! I cry everytime I think about it or talk about it. So I'm praying that he comes home safe!!

Well now that I've spilled all my guts so far...I'm going to get my day started! I will try to keep this updated often!
